Grette Dijon Dressing — Honey Dijon Mustard Vinaigrette
Grette Dijon Dressing is a handcrafted honey dijon mustard vinaigrette made in small batches in South London. It's Grette's flagship flavour — punchy mustard, bright vinegar, a lick of honey sweetness — and it does to salad what a good soundtrack does to a road trip. Six ingredients. No rubbish. Ready to pour straight from the bottle.
The honey mustard dressing that ruins all other dressings
Once you've had a properly made honey dijon vinaigrette, the supermarket bottles stop making sense. Grette's version is olive oil, honey, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, sherry vinegar and salt — that's the full ingredient list. The Dijon brings a sharp, peppery bite. The honey balances it with just enough sweetness. The double-vinegar hit (red wine and sherry) gives it a tangy brightness that lifts everything it touches. It coats leaves properly, clings to grains, and makes roasted veg taste like you know what you're doing.
Six ingredients, zero filler
Olive oil. Honey. Red wine vinegar. Dijon mustard. Sherry vinegar. Salt. That's it. No emulsifiers, no preservatives, no stabilisers, no mysterious numbers. It's the kind of ingredient list you'd have if you made a vinaigrette at home — except this one is perfectly balanced every time, and you didn't have to wash up a whisk. Contains mustard and sulphites.
A bottle that belongs on the counter, not in the cupboard
Grette's squeeze bottles are colourful, bold and designed to sit out proudly in your kitchen. The squeeze design means precise, mess-free pouring — no more upending a glass bottle and hoping for the best. It looks good, it works well, and it holds 250ml of dressing that'll last longer than you think (unless you start putting it on everything, which you will).
About Grette
Gus and Juno started Grette in their Brixton kitchen because the dressing aisle was depressing — everything was either bland, packed with additives, or trying too hard to be healthy at the expense of actually tasting good. Their approach is simple: proper ingredients, bold flavours, bottles you want to keep out on the counter. It's worked — Grette's now stocked in Selfridges, Sous Chef and a growing list of independent shops, and their miso dressing picked up a three-star Great Taste Award in 2025.
Grette is our kind of brand — small team, big flavour, no pretending to be something they're not. Browse all Grette dressings at Natty.

What to pour it on
Everything. A big green salad is the classic — butter lettuce, rocket, whatever you've got — but it goes miles beyond that. Drizzle it over roasted carrots and parsnips. Use it on a grain bowl with chicken and avocado. Dress a crunchy winter slaw. It also doubles as a marinade or glaze: brush it over salmon or chicken before grilling and it caramelises beautifully.
For a proper Natty evening, pair a dressed salad with something from our red wine collection — a good Grenache or Pinot Noir alongside a honey-mustard dressed salad is a genuinely lovely combination. Both Grette bottles together with a bottle of Guy Allion Sauvignon Blanc makes a brilliant food-lover's gift.

Frequently asked questions
What does Grette Dijon Dressing taste like?
Sharp and punchy from the Dijon mustard, bright and tangy from the red wine and sherry vinegars, with a smooth honey sweetness that pulls everything together. It's a classic honey-mustard vinaigrette, but made with proper ingredients so every element is distinct and balanced. Nothing like the bland, overly sweet supermarket versions.
What can you use Grette Dijon Dressing on?
Green salads, grain bowls, roasted vegetables, winter slaw, grilled chicken, salmon — basically anything savoury. It works as both a dressing and a marinade. Try it brushed over chicken or salmon before grilling — the honey caramelises and the mustard gives it a gorgeous crust. It's also excellent drizzled over warm roasted root veg.
