JD's Hot Honey Original is a jalapeño-infused honey made in the UK — sweet first, then a warm chilli kick that builds without blowing your head off. It's the sauce that turned pizza night into an obsession for about half the country. Drizzle it on pizza, fried chicken, roasted veg, waffles, or — trust us on this — vanilla ice cream. The reason JD's works so well is the balance. Honey up front — floral, sweet, proper — then a medium jalapeño heat that rises without taking over. About JD's Hot Honey

JD's started in 2021 when Jade and her husband got obsessed with homemade pizza during lockdown. So Jade started infusing honey with red jalapeños in the kitchen, and the result was so good they had to bottle it.
