Weiss, Doom Juice, Australia
Doom Juice Weiss — Natural White Wine | Gewürztraminer & Vermentino
Doom Juice Weiss is a natural white wine from South Australia's Riverland, blending aromatic Gewürztraminer with crisp Vermentino into something that's dry, tropical and seriously drinkable. Wild-fermented, unfined and unfiltered — which gives it a beautiful funky haze that tells you this wine hasn't been messed with. If you liked the Rouge, this is its brighter, more aromatic sibling.
Aromatic without being annoying about it
Gewürztraminer can be a lot — but blended with Vermentino's crisp, clean backbone, the aromatics stay interesting rather than overwhelming. You get white flowers, tropical fruit and a lemon-sherbet zing up front, with a soft minerality and pith-dry finish that keeps it refreshing. It's the kind of white wine that smells like a holiday and drinks like it too. Serve it cold — properly cold — and it's one of the most crushable whites you'll find.
Organic, vegan, zero pretence
Like everything Doom Juice makes, Weiss is wild-fermented from organically grown grapes, unfined, unfiltered and bottled with minimal sulphur. Fully vegan. The hazy appearance isn't a flaw — it's what natural wine looks like when nobody's stripped the life out of it. The 12.2% ABV keeps it light enough for a weeknight but interesting enough for a dinner party.
About Doom Juice
Doom Juice is a cult Australian natural wine label founded by Sebastian Keys and Zachary Godbolt in Sydney — two mates from hospitality who wanted to make wine that's fun, smashable and free from the usual wine-world snobbery. Every Doom Juice wine is organic, wild-fermented, unfined, unfiltered and vegan. The brand has built a loyal following across Australia, the UK and Singapore, as much for its bold, streetwear-inspired labels as for what's inside the bottle.
We stock Doom Juice because they're doing exactly what Natty stands for — brilliant wine without the lectures. Browse the full Doom Juice range at Natty.

What to drink it with
The aromatic, tropical character makes Weiss a natural match for Asian food — Thai green curry, Vietnamese summer rolls, sushi, or anything with a bit of ginger and lemongrass. It's also brilliant with seafood, light salads, or just on its own as a Friday evening pour. For a proper Natty spread, pair it with some Nocellara olives and Habas Fritas from our snacks range.

Frequently asked questions
What does Doom Juice Weiss taste like?
Dry and aromatic with tropical fruit, white flowers and a lemon-sherbet brightness. The Gewürztraminer brings the aromatics and the Vermentino keeps it crisp and clean. There's a soft minerality and a slightly bitter, pith-like finish that stops it feeling sweet. Serve it very cold for maximum refreshment.
Why is Doom Juice Weiss hazy?
Because it's unfined and unfiltered — meaning nothing has been added to strip out the natural particles from fermentation. The haze is a sign of a genuinely natural wine that hasn't been over-processed. It doesn't affect the flavour; if anything, it adds texture and body.
Can I get Doom Juice Weiss delivered in Bristol?
Yes. Natty delivers same-day across Bristol BS1–BS16 when you order before 2pm. £3.50 flat rate, free over £40. Click and collect from Willway Yard, Bedminster — Fridays and Saturdays.
Is Doom Juice Weiss vegan?
Yes. All Doom Juice wines are fully vegan — unfined, unfiltered, and no animal products used at any stage. Made from organically grown grapes with minimal added sulphur.
