Les Vignerons d'Estezargues is a small wine cooperative near Avignon in the Southern Rhone, established in 1965. With just 10 member growers farming around 400 hectares, it shifted to natural winemaking in the 1980s under winemaker Jean-Francois Nicq. Today, nearly all the vineyards are certified organic, and the wines are made without commercial yeast, fining or filtration — one of the very few cooperatives in France to work this way.
