Domaine Guy Allion has been in the family since the 1960s, when Guy himself shifted the estate from mixed farming to full viticulture. Today his son Cedric runs things, farming 27 hectares on the slopes above the Cher river under the Terra Vitis programme — a sustainability framework that prioritises natural solutions over chemicals. The vines sit on clay-limestone slopes with flinty clay topsoil, and the resulting wines are bright, mineral and full of energy.
