10 Best Natural Wines Under £20

Good natural wine doesn't have to cost a fortune

There's a myth floating around that natural wine is expensive. And yeah, some of it is. But plenty of the best bottles in our shop come in well under £20 — some under £15. These are wines from independent makers who care about what goes into the bottle, not about charging a premium for the privilege.

Here are some of our favourites right now. All natural, all under £20, all genuinely good.

Rouge by Doom Juice: £22

A natural Shiraz-Grenache red from South Australia that's built for drinking, not overthinking. It's juicy, smooth, and the kind of bottle that disappears before you've figured out what to pair it with. Doom Juice are an Aussie crew with a cult following and a philosophy that wine should be fun — and this bottle delivers on that completely.

Drink it with: Burgers. A cheese toastie. Anything off the BBQ.

Rosé by 5 O'Clock Wines: £14.75

Dry, fresh and pink. Not the sickly sweet stuff — this is proper rosé with real flavour. It's the bottle that earns its place on the table from spring right through to autumn.

Drink it with: A cheese board. A BBQ. Literally just sitting in the garden doing nothing.

Bottle of Other Wine Balido Skin Contact wine with a colourful label on grey background

Balido by Other Wines: £22

New to orange wine? This is a great place to start. Made from Trebbiano and Petit Manseng grapes in Uruguay, it's a skin-contact white with a golden colour, a bit of texture and a slightly honeyed character. It's different without being weird, interesting without being challenging. Other Wines champion under-represented regions, and this bottle is a perfect example of why.

Drink it with: A charcuterie board. Thai food. Anything with a bit of spice.
